I Read Family Circle article and recipes. Always appreciate ideas for Passover bcs of its restrictions. Fritter recipe seems incomplete: Says “matzo, cake”–is this supposed to be matzo cake meal? And ingredient list says 1 tsp sugar but instructions say 1 cup. Since it’s online and not in the magazine could you/they clarify please?

Hope you will share more of your recipes. Thanks.

Hi, Susan, and thanks for the question. About the sugar in the Fritters recipe:

The fritter batter includes 1 tsp. sugar. After the fritters are fried, they are tossed in 1 cup of sugar mixed with the cinnamon.

    Hope this helps!
