		<description>Great idea!  Since the school schedule for September will not be published for some time, you can arrange a one-on-one class with Chef Chris.  These classes are great fun and an experience that your wife is sure to remember!  By scheduling in advance, you can make all of your travel arrangements to Las Vegas and be assured that your wife will LOVE her class.</description>

		<description>I am wondering if you are running the chocolate desing 2 or 3 class Sept. 1-3.  do you do custom classes.  My wife does a lot of chocolate work so I try to find gift opportuniteis when we travel for these type of classes.
