World Champion Pastry Chef Chris Hanmer of the School of Pastry Design will compete in the finals of Bravo’s Top Chef Just Desserts competition that airs on Wednesday, October 26, 2011.

Having remained solidly in the competition as the field of contestants was whittled down from 14, Chef Chris is one of the three contestant chefs remaining to compete for the overall title of Top Chef. In the final installment, three of the world’s top pastry chefs, Jacques Torres, Sebastien Cannone, and Stephane Treand, are invited into the competition kitchen to work with the final three chef contestants.

Season 2 of Bravo’s popular chef competition has been riveting television, and the finale promises to be even better!
