Modern Bon Bons

This class is a must for the modern chocolatier. In this class, Chef Chris will cover how to design bon bon flavors and use colored cocoa butter to make edible works of art. Students will also learn contemporary flavors of ganache, production flow, shelf life and water activity.

Only AVAILABLE class dates will display. Every attempt is made to fill each class on a first come – first served basis. If your desired class date is full, you will be scheduled into the next available class and will have the opportunity to confirm your attendance for the new date. Very occasionally it is necessary for Chef Chris to reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will be scheduled into the next available class and will have the opportunity to confirm your attendance for the new date.

    need clarification asap, are the two classes $900 for both or is it $900 per classes? on the registration, under qty do you put down 1 or 2??
    plse advise asap would like to register for Feb. 20-21.

    Hi, Ricardo, and thanks for your interest. All of the prices listed at The School of Pastry Design include the entire class. So in this case, the $900 includes both days of instruction and counts as “1” class. We look forward to seeing you!

    Do you have an agenda for the Bon Bon class on June 21-22, 2012? I need one for the four chefs that CCSD wants to send to the class. We need the agenda to gain grant approval for the class.

    Hi, Jacqueline, and thanks for your interest in the Modern Bon Bons class. We have just posted the class schedules for the remainder of the year, and this class is offered Sept 24-25, Oct 10-11, and Nov 5-6. We sure hope that one of these dates will work for you, and are looking forward to seeing you in Las Vegas!
