World Champion Chef Chris Hanmer and the School of Pastry Design in Las Vegas, Nevada, have finalized their course schedule for early 2012. Available classes are posted from January 2012 through April 2012, and the schedule includes 3 sessions of Chef Chris’ newest course: Modern Sugar Flower Techniques.
As a popular competitor on Bravo Channel’s Top Chef: Just Desserts Season 2, and winner of the season 2 Top Chef title, the School of Pastry Design classes are filling up faster than ever. Chef Chris can also be seen at the Food & Wine Cayman Cookout in January 2012 as well as the Catersource Conference in February 2012.
The School of Pastry Design class schedule is meant to help pastry professionals achieve higher levels of expertise by attending several related classes in one visit to Las Vegas. The class schedule is also set to help Las Vegas visitors get a taste of professional pastry design as a special destination activity during their vacation.
If students and professional chefs do not see the configuration of classes that best suits their needs, Chef Chris offers one-on-one tutoring that tailors information directly to the student. These specialty pastry classes can also be arranged for small groups and for an entire restaurant pastry staff. Contact the School of Pastry Design directly for scheduling options.
