Introduction to Molecular Gastronomy – 4 hours, $500
In this hands-on class, Chef Chris will show how to use additives and tools of molecular gastronomy as well as the safe handling of all equipment. The class will cover all the basic information and recipes to get started using gels, gases, foams, liquid nitrogen and more.  This is a must-attend class for anyone that wants to get started in the culinary phenomenon of molecular gastronomy.
